TRAVEL:
By Air Only:
Main airport is San Juan Airport (Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport
(Airport Code is SJU)) connected to all major airports in US.
SJU is about 100-125 miles by car from Mayaguez depending on the north (slower, shorter) or southern(faster, longer) route.
The other aternative small airport is Rafael Hernandez Airport,Aguadilla (BQN),
that serves Orlando, Fort Lauderdale(Miami area), New York. But all flights at Aguadilla come in the middle of night.
How to get to Mayaguez from airport in San Juan and Aguadilla:
From San Juan Airport:
BUS: To simplify transportation, we will have a dedicated bus from SJU airport
late in the day on Monday 18 June, and returning in the morning of Thursday 28 June.
We will try and optimize this to suit flight schedules. (We'll ask you about this in May.)

NOTE: When you book rental car one way (book in SJU airport and return in Mayaguez), it may say car is not
available. For a round trip it is likely to be available. Book in advance. The trick to do one way is to
book round trip and at the time you take car tell them that you will return in Mayaguez and they may charge
a penalty which is anyway charged if place of return is different.

MEALS:
- Dinner on arrival on 18 June will be in Mayaguez Resort and Casino
- Breakfast on free day and day of departure on 28 June will also be in Mayaguez Resort and Casino
- Rest of the days the Breakfast/Coffee/Dinner will be served in Room 3xx in Celis building
- On free day we will make a trip to Magueyes Island and box lunch will be provided. On our way back dinner will be served in a resturant on way back to the hotel.

- All lectures will be in the rooms in Celis building amphitheater (Room 116)
- All tutorials will be in two rooms in Celis buidling (Room 202 and Room 3xx)
