Use routines developed by Fabiola Vazquez
Check geometry determined by Fabiola using muon run 7695
Fabiola found problem with z position. Needs to be studied further.
Look at muon calibration runs spanning our data periods
Also look at photon runs
Study stability of efficiency over time
Is there evidence of geometry changes over time?
Study (HxV)1, (HXV)2, OH and MG logic efficiency using busline information
The latter also tests our software simulation of the logic
